3rd Degree Black Belt
|
| Mr. Brian Evans earned his 3rd Degree Black belt in 2008 after starting at the Han Lee¡¯s Taekwondo Academy in March of 2001 with his son Adam. They went through the entire belt and testing process together. It was a father/son activity for them. They both achieved their 1st Degree Black Belts in October 2004. Taekwondo has taught Mr. Brian to have confidence in himself and how to handle a bad situation if it occurs. Most of all, it has kept him in shape. Mr. Brian feels he is in better shape now than he was in his twenties.
Mr. Brian has also been teaching Taekwondo for the last 4 years and decided it was time to take his skills to the next level and now owns the Drycreek location. Mrs.
Holly McMahon
Castle Rock(Head Quarter)
,
Certified Instructors
2nd Degree Black Belt
|
| Taekwondo means so much more to Ms. Holly now than it did before becoming an instructor three years ago. Teaching has afforded her the opportunity to get to know the students and parents better and to work with them on a one-on-one basis. Her greatest thrill is seeing a student come back to class after receiving their Black Belt and how proud they are of their accomplishment. It is extremely hard to become a Black Belt and she loves being there to guide those who choose to take that journey.
Outside of Taekwondo, she enjoys growing orchids and bonsai trees, loves reading and cooking (well not so much cooking as eating), and loves yoga, spin biking, and weight training.
