01. Arrive 10 minutes before class and stretch on their own

02. Attend two times a week

03. Place shoes and jackets neatly in dressing rooms

04. Pull attendance card and mark the date

05. Show respect for instructors and fellow students

06. Keep Uniform Clean and Pressed, Wear no Jewelry

07. Comply with Rules & Regulations of the School

08. Complete intent to promote letters

09. Maintain a high level of consistency in class attendance

10. Display black belt attitude & commitment

11. Maintain High Performance in School Work

12. Practice Daily 10-15 Minutes

13. Always Show Respect for Mom and Dad
